If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in York County, South Carolina, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration.

You agree that any claim against PVTestEquipment.com, LLC must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Site or any part thereof.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if it cannot be so modified. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
